Service Excellence Awards 2019

Hactl’s twice-yearly Service Excellence Awards have once again recognized staff who have given exceptional performance. The latest awards covered the second half of 2019, rewarding 138 individual staff members from 6 departments. Representatives of Hactl customers AirBridgeCargo, Bollore Logistics Hong Kong, Cargolux, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Nippon Cargo Airlines, Raya Airways and UPS presented the awards at the prize-giving ceremony. Recipients of Hactl’s Service Excellence Awards are typically nominated for displays of outstanding knowledge and expertise, quality customer service, team spirit and professionalism.
